Her courteous behavior and constant smiles were a major reason for making my experience exceptional, filled with comfort and satisfaction. I would also like to extend my heartfelt thanks to Ms. Noora, who cleaned my room every day with great care and dedication. Her attention to detail, the fresh towels, and the perfectly made bed each day truly enhanced my comfort and made my stay even more pleasant. I had a wonderful stay at Relax Hotel Casa Voyageurs and would like to give a full 10/10 rating, with special thanks to Maryam and Aya. Maryam, who is responsible for housekeeping, kept my room impeccably clean and comfortable throughout my visit, attending to every detail perfectly. The corridors were also spotless and pleasantly scented, which made the entire hotel feel welcoming and fresh. Aya at the reception desk was friendly and helpful, making check-in easy and welcoming. Their kindness and professionalism truly made a difference and helped me feel at home.

The hotel is located very close to Casa Voyageurs train station, which made getting around very easy. The breakfast was amazing, with plenty of food options at a fair price. The room was spotless and very comfortable. The staff were extremely attentive throughout the stay. Additionally, the hotel is right next to a shopping mall, which made finding meals very convenient. There is also a designated area to leave your luggage before check-in or after check-out.

I recently had the pleasure of staying at this wonderful hotel, and I must say, my experience was truly delightful. From the moment I arrived, I was greeted with warmth and hospitality that made me feel right at home. I want to extend my heartfelt gratitude to two exceptional receptionists, Amal and Aya. The hotel is next to the train station for a perfect stay between a high speed train arrival from elsewhere and an early train to the airport (they start at 5:19). The hotel is nothing special but it gets the job done. It had the most comfortable bed of my time in Morocco.
